We point out that the IP data of the access line, as well as the name and the buyer’s address are stored for the purposes of the easier purchase process and for the subsequent processing of the contract.
In addition, the following data for the performance of the contract is stored with us: phone number, e-mail address, delivery and invoice address. The data you provide are needed for the fulfillment of the contract. Without these data we cannot conclude the contract with you.

After the purchase process is completed, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship is stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years).
The name, address, purchased goods, and date of purchase are stored until the end of our product liability (10 years). The processing of these data is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG and Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (Consent) and/or lit b (Necessity for fulfilling the contract) of the DSGVO.
